Technicolour are a dynamic group of friends who bring all the energy and talent you’ll need to guarantee a great night. With a fully stocked repertoire you can be confident that no one will miss out on all the fun this live band will bring!

   

Standard Service

The standard service we provide includes everything needed for a fantastic party.  Created in a way to keep costs down while giving you all that’s required for a 'regular' size wedding or party.

  • 2 x 60 minute, 3 x 40 minute or 1 x 90 minute sets specifically crafted to keep the dancefloor pumpin’ throughout the day or night. With classics going back to the 50s, performed to perfection, we’re guaranteed to keep any and all guests entertained.
  • A top of the line PA system and mixer to ensure the best sound quality for your event. The band will tailor their sound to fit the room to provide a brilliant experience no matter where you are. If your venue has noise restrictions an industry standard Roland electronic drum kit can be stand in for the acoustic drums, to make sure there are no issues.
  • If you have one or two song requests we’re more than happy to learn them for you, given a minimum two weeks notice
  • Music provided before, after and in between the live sets

Additional Upgrade Options

We also offer the following additional upgrade options:

  • Later than midnight finish/early arrivals
  • Full band or solo acoustic sets for a calmer atmosphere. Ideal for afternoon receptions
  • Photographer to capture the moments of your party you won’t want to forget. Free for a limited time
  • An extra hour of live music
  • Musical stings for award ceremonies

What We'll Do At Your Event

Arrival, set up and soundcheck

Prior to your event we will make contact to go over a general itinerary for the occasion and establish the best time for us arrive and set up. We always leave with at least an hour in hand to insure we get to you on time. Once we arrive we can be completely flexible to suit your needs, acting professional as we set up in an efficient manner. We like to allocate 90 minutes for setup and sound check in order to obtain a brilliant sound to best suit your venue.

After set up

Once we’ve set up we can immediately begin playing background music via our PA to get the party going. We have a playlist, specially designed to build up to our first set. Our equipment can be used for any announcements or speeches and we’ll be on hand to provide any assistance needed.


1st live set

Now the party really kicks off! Our live set has been work-shopped to keep the dancefloor full, utilising our large catalogue of songs to keep everyone happy, however we’re happy to throw in any specific songs from our repertoire that you’d like to see, as well as any special requests that have been arranged beforehand. After the first set is finished we will restart our playlist, keeping the tunes coming and maintaining the atmosphere. Typically we’ll have a 30 minute break, however this can be longer or shorter depending on your needs

2nd live set & end of the night

Once all the live music is over, we’ll provide more dancefloor fillers until the end of the night (midnight unless a later finish is selected). During this time we can start to pack away our gear, doing so carefully and considerately, in order for a quick and seamless load out that doesn’t interrupt the rest of your night.
