At the minimum, the band requires a 4m X 2m stage area to use our full setup, acoustic sets can be performed in smaller spaces. We’re quite experienced at squeezing ourselves in if necessary, so get in touch if there are special requirements.

A standard schedule for your event might look like this –
6:00pm–7:30pm – Setup and Sound-check
7.30pm-8pm – Light background music
8pm-8.30pm – DJ set
8.30pm-9pm –first dance, cake cutting

We are very flexible so just ask if you have any requirements. We suggest not starting the band too early to give guests a chance to drink and get ready to dance!
Can I pick the bands playlist?
You can view our repertoire on our site to see all the songs we currently play, feel free to request as many of these as you like. We’re always adding new ones too so feel free to let us know if a particular favourite is missing.
We like to remain in control of the ordering of our set-list and also may deviate from some suggestions for the sake of the overall atmosphere and other guests, but are happy to work with you to tailor the perfect set-list for the evening.
Where will you travel to?
Wherever you are! We love play new venues and seeing new parts of our country, we’ll play anywhere, even abroad!
Can I see you play live?
Due to the kind of events we play, it isn’t often that we play publically. Follow or like us on Facebook for updates for when this might happen though.
Will you learn our special song?
Of course! We know the value of a special song and how it can make the moment. Within reason, we’ll try any track. Be aware that not all songs may be suitable for an adaptation by our line-up.
Is the video on your website a true reflection of the band?
We recorded those videos live in a studio. Our live performances may sound different in different rooms and with our live sound system, but the videos are a great representation of our ability and arrangements. Some might even say a live sound is even more energetic and awesome!

We can and have played in all types of venue, Music halls, Venues, Barns, pubs, private residencies and marquees.
How loud will the band be?
We are able to play under noise restrictions, just let us know ahead of time if your venue has a decibel limiter. If you like we can perform our sets with an electric drum-kit too, which is great for low volume venues. Conversely, we are also able to be very loud if such a venue or client requires it.
What is the band power requirement?
We require 2 double 13 amp plug sockets near the stage area to run our gear from. We don’t like to run our equipment from just one power source so 4 sockets are more reliable.
Do Technicolour offer any additional services?
The band offers extra services you can choose from, from extra acoustic sets, and early and late arrivals. Just get in touch to ask.
